Rental Agreement

By signing this Equipment Rental Agreement Form, I agree to the terms and conditions, which include the responsibility for proper use, maintenance, and return of the rented equipment, as well as acceptance of liability for any loss or damage incurred during the rental period.

Liability Waiver

I hereby acknowledge and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the rental company and its employees from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from the use or possession of the rented equipment during the rental period.

Equipment Condition Agreement

I confirm that I have inspected the equipment, agree to its current condition, and accept responsibility for any damages beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.

I acknowledge that pictures will be taken of the equipment prior to the machine and or tools being rented. This is to ensure proper care of the items being rented and to provide proof of any damages beyond normal wear and tear if necessary.

GPS Authorization

I understand that this equipment is equipped with GPS and that the unit will be disabled and will not operate in the event my payment is declined or if there is cause to shut the unit down

Rental Deposit Fee

I am aware of the rental deposit fee and agree to pay the requested amount upon booking the desired equipment.

Rental Return

I agree to return the equipment clean, on time, and either full of fuel or I will pay the agreed upon fill price per gallon for EMCO to refuel the equipment for me.
